Marvel Scale raises the Defense stat by 50% if the Pokémon with this Ability is suffering from a status ailment.
In Mystery Dungeon, a Pokémon with a status problem with this Ability will have a 50% defense bonus when hit by a physical attack.

Captivate- A wink, a seductive smile, and a small kiss blown to the target pulls them under the woman’s spell; it allows her to convince men to lower their special attacks.

Rain Dance- Spinning and twirling she calls forth a rain storm when she dances. The rain helps increase her water attack damage as it cools her down and it weakens those with fire moves.

Dive- Mickey when she fights near water can dive underneath and become immune to most attacks as she hides under water she launches out on her next attack whacking her tail across her opponent’s face before gaining her legs back. When not in battle she can dive to great depths to what ever under the water.

Waterfall- She runs at a high speed plowing her powerful legs in a swift kick to her opponent’s midriff or other vital area. She also uses it to climb UP waterfalls for fun. But when climbing she’s in her mermaid form and has the ease of a tail for a powerful speed.

Carefree- I’m sure it will be fine if we just touch*zapped* Oh Zut Alor! Oh well I hope he doesn’t mind :>

Affectionate- Come here little one let me give you a hug.

Knows no boundaries- She will lean on people unaware she is making them uncomfortable, annoying them, or whatever. She likes being close as the glass kept her away.

Curious/fast to learn- The two go together as once this little (?) Milotic gets her hands on something or wants to know. She will learn it and quick. She’s fond of watching people type to read their screens.

Slick talker- She tends to be flirty if she wants something. A trick she learned in captivity.

Maternal- She acts like the mother she never got to experience growing up.

Starting life as a feebas, not that great a site, having milotic parents, and being bred by the humans for looks left Mickey with a lot of emotional scars. After reaching a ‘mature’ age of 13 she was ‘traded’ between ‘owners’, humans who sold gijinkas as slaves, she evolved as one crudely shoved a scale in her hands hoping the best. Confused at the new ‘attention’ and body she had she was soon forced to cope behind glass as a showing for the humans. Gifted a wooden fan and pushed to another Gijinka, a lovely Serperior who took her under his wing she was taught how to dance like a snake and how to use her abilities the humans had forced her to ignore. He was the one to show her the tv the day the boss appeared. And together the two escaped into the darkness. But the Serperior had been injured in the escape and the mioltic couldn’t help him. Forced to continue her escape she made way to the Mafia using her dancing as a means of getting into other people’s lives. She wants nothing more than to avenge her fallen friend and find a meaning to keep going on.

Mickey was born enslaved. Her parents belong to a set of Gijinka ‘breeders’ who tried breeding gijinkas like pokemon to create ‘slaves’ for their own sick amusement. The little Sirene was born into that sick world no sooner than she was able to walk was she forced to start learning to dance with a Servine who was traded to her current ‘owner’ for the time being. He taught her what she needed to know about dancing and how to use ‘abilities’ such as her moves and how to win the human’s affection.
He told her many great stories of his life as a snivy before he was captured and forced to evolve to the human’s whims. He shared with her his dream of escaping back into the world where they could be free. She became enticed with his dream and worked her hardest to impress the humans in hopes of getting a key to escape. The opposite tragically happened. She was given a scale by her owner and traded to the Servine’s owner prompting an evolution of the poor girl. Over whelmed by the sudden growth and change in her physiology she was helpless as they shackled her and threw her into a display at the aquarium. This was where she learned she could shift between having a set of legs and a long powerful tail with the help of water. (She learned she needed to be completely immersed for it to work) She wondered why she was taught to dance if they were going to keep her in water. It was only when she turned sixteen did she realize the sick truth. Plucked from the water she had been in for years she was put on a stage in nothing more than a silk skirt and a set of fans. Humiliated and shocked she grew more angered at the humans as they paid to watch the half nude girl dance on the stage for them. The third night was the last straw when a human climbed onto the stage and groped her breasts and no one stopped to help. Kicking him in the groin she flung him across the room and ran into the other rooms to find something to cover up. Arceus must have grinned at her as the first room held her friend who had evolved into a serperior. The two made a run for it at a great cost. He took a blow for the young girl and died not long after they broke free and hid.
Enraged and wanting revenge at the humans who had ruined her life from the start the young woman set out enticing many a man with her looks and words before she would take their secrets selling them for top dollar. As a milotic she was human looking out of water wearing colored full lens contacts to make herself appear to be a human. She covered her scales marking with tight pants and had new fans made that she could use to fight. It wasn’t long after she established her self in the world of taking information and infiltrating human’s homes she saw the mafia as another means to get what she wanted. Revenge for her friend and herself.

Easy infiltration- Mickey with her very human look can easily make her way into human establishments without much effort or concern. Her past helps her persuade high up men to allow her into their home for a little show all the while keeping herself clean.

Dancing- She was trained as a dancer until her escape. She specializes in a very fluid motion that makes her seem almost like water.

Pissing off people in the mafia- No way to two step about it. Mickey unintentionally pisses people off in her work place.

Disguises- She’s got a skill with makeup and wigs from her days of tempting men to allowing her into their homes so she could steal their information.

Her dress tail/fans

Mickey’s fans clip onto her skirt and can be flipped to be dull or sharp. It folds left or right, Left being sharp as she is left handed and right being dull for when she dances. It can be flipped with the right touch or it just locks as a normal fan.
The fan looks like her tail fin when she’s in water so she finds it suiting to wear. She had another fan during captivity but it was a simple wooden fan for show. She had a metal bladed one created after her escape and the death of her friend.
Due to the nature of her weapon it’s concealed in the matter she keeps it dull until use. She will flip it when dancing then make her demands or open up cases. She sharpens it every night.
She has a total of six fans located on her skirt. She alternates between them for sharpness. And throwing them into the air while she dances to add to her display.

She named herself based on something she read after she broke free. Mickey is her preferred name though.

When she emerges herself in water her legs merge into a milotic tail to allow more ease in the water.

Mickey appears to float on occasion. It’s unknown if she really is or if it’s a trick of the light. She won’t tell. (She does float btw. Mioltics tend to float in the air in the Anime XD)

Mickey hates shoes. She hates anything really that constricts her. She wears tights just to be wearing something. She always ruins them with her tail though.
